Prugh joined the men's golf staff during the 2021-22 season.

Prugh played professionally from 2007 to 2021, with six years on the PGA Tour and eight years on the Korn Ferry Tour. He won the 2009 New Zealand Open. His best major finish was at the 2019 U.S. Open at Pebble Beach, where he tied for 21st. His best PGA finish was tying for second at the 2010 Frys.com Open in San Martin, Calif.

Prugh played collegiately at the University of Washington from 2003 to 2007, where he was a two-time All American.
