2020 Indoor: In the 2020 indoor season he ran a Pr in the 5000 meter run in a time of 14:36 at the UW invite cracking the top 10 for indoor 5k times in program history.

Community College: Graduated from Kirkwood Community College in May 2019. Ran Pr's of 4:16 in the mile and 8:25 in the 3k while competing unattached.
 
High School: ran three years of cross country and track at Marion and one year of both cross country and track at Center Point Urbana…in cross country he placed second at the IHSAA 3A State Championships with a 16:14.5 as a Junior…he won the 5,000 meters in the IHSAA State XC Championships with a 15:49.1… on the track he finished first in both the 1600 meters and 3200 meters in the IHSAA 3A State Championships in 2016 and 2017…ran a 9:28.9 in the 3200 meters placing first at the Iowa HS State Track and Field Championships as a senior…also finished second in the 1600 meters at the Iowa HS State Track and Field Championships with a 4:20.3.
