2018: Appeared in 12 matches for GU, starting in one…recorded 10 total kills on the season…finished the year with 38 digs, averaging 1.41 per set…had a season high 9 digs at Arizona State on Sept. 14…third overall in assists on the team with 124…against Montana on Sept. 1...finished with a season high 47 assists.

2017: Played in 11 matches and 19 sets as a freshman...tallied 55 assists, 14 digs, and a service ace...made collegiate debut Aug. 25 versus Illinois, dishing out four assists...also tallied four assists in win over Arizona State Sept. 1...season-best 17 assists in four sets Sept. 16 against San Diego State...12 assists, five digs Oct. 28 against Santa Clara...five assists, three digs Nov. 18 at Saint Mary's.

Fenwick High School: Four-year player for Fenwick High School in Oak Park, Ill...led the Friars to back-to-back regional championships in 2015 and 2016...also in 2015, took the team to a league and sectional championship and spot in Illinois state tournament's quarterfinal round...team captain and All-Conference honoree as a senior...made Dean's List every semester in high school...member of the National Honor Society.

Club Experience: Played club ball for 1st Alliance VBC out of Chicago...helped team take fifth place at the AAU Volleyball Junior National Championship in June 2017.

Personal: Full name Mary Grace Marzo...father is David Marzo...has four siblings: Emily, Matthew, Kevin, and Jacob...sister Emily played volleyball at Providence College...majoring in nursing and wants to be a neonatal nurse after graduation...chose Gonzaga "for the excellent reputation of the nursing department and athletics. The people are genuine, and the location is beautiful. It had a homey feeling when I visited, and I just loved it,"...has a pet lizard.
