AVCA First Team All-Region….WCC All-Conference First Team….led the entire WCC in kills per set, averaging 4.04 kills per each frame….The only player in the conference averaging over four kills per game, ranking 55th in all of Division 1 in the stat…. She also led the WCC in points per set with 4.5, ranking 70th nationally….Had a historic season for the Zags, putting up the second most kills in a single GU match this century when she scored 30 against Portland on November 8th….Finished the season with 438 kills, the fourth most by a Zag in the rally scoring era

Prior to Gonzaga
- Donkers signed with Gonzaga after an impressive freshman season with UT Arlington, where she was named Co-Freshman of the Year in the Western Athletic Conference. The Brabant, Netherlands-native finished second on the team in kills (289) behind a Maverick All-American in Brianna Ford. She averaged 2.98 kills per set on a .262 hitting percentage, adding 202 digs (2.15/set) and 30 total blocks. Her kill average ranked ninth in the WAC and she finished in the team's top five in five major stat categories. Earlier in 2024, Donkers played in the CEV U20 Volleyball European Championship for The Netherlands.
