VALLEJO, Calif. - Lisa Washinger finished in a tie for 33rd and Gonzaga University's women's golf team finished 16th in the Bay Area Classic at Blue Rock Springs Country Club that concluded Tuesday.

Wasinger shot an 80-81 - 161 over the 5,823 yard, par 71 course. The course layout was altered for Tuesday's play as water on one fairway forced the hole to be shortened to a par 3 from a par 4. Thus, the course played 5,800 yards and par 70 in the final round.

Pepperdine's Tamie Durdin was medalist with a 74-69 - 143 for a two-stroke victory. The Waves also captured the team title with a 587. Gonzaga was 16th at 695.
