SANTA CLARA,, Calif. - Course conditions got the best of the women's golf teams at the 2000 Colby Invitational in Santa Clara, CA, as the University of Oregon won the event with a 53 over par score.
The Gonzaga women fell off the pace on the opening day but shot one of their best scores during round two to finish in 15th place at the event. Lisa Wasinger led the Bulldogs with a tie for 24th place at the event.
Kylie Wilson of Oregon was one of only two players to shoot in the 70's during the tournament as she finished first with an 11 over par tournament.
