KENNEWICK, Wash. - The Gonzaga University women's golf team placed third in the Inland Collegiate Challenge to open the 2002 Spring season. Gonzaga's Kate Siddell won top individual honors posting a 74 on the Canyon Lakes Golf Course in Kennewick, Washington. Gonzaga finished with a team score of 336, 15 strokes behind team winner the University of Idaho.
On the men's side of the Inland Collegiate Challenge, Gonzaga finished in fifth place with team score of 334. Washington State won the men's team competition with a score of 298. Jamie Radonich was the top Gonzaga finished shooting an 81.
