Highlanders Defeat The Bulldogs, 6-1

RIVERSIDE, Calif. - The Gonzaga University men's tennis team was defeated by the University of California, Riverside 6-1 Friday afternoon at the Student Recreational Center courts.

The Bulldogs picked up their lone win of the day in singles play when Reid Arthur handed Joe Cartledge a 6-2, 0-6, 10-8 loss in the No. 4 spot.

Gonzaga was swept in the doubles matches losing, 8-4, 8-0 and 9-7.

The Bulldogs will be back in action on Mar. 24 as they head to the Boise State Invitational in Boise, Idaho.
