Baseball Rained Out In Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. - Rain in the Fresno, Calif., area finally caught up with the Gonzaga University Bulldogs as they had their Friday afternoon contest with Washington State University rained out at the Pepsi/Johnny Quik Classic. Gonzaga had been able to get in all scheduled games to date despite rain through out the week in Fresno.
Gonzaga will now play Washington State at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning with the tournament schedule shifted to attempt to get all games in tomorrow. Gonzaga will then play Binghamton at 2 p.m. instead of the originally scheduled 10 a.m. start.
The Bulldogs are 2-2 in tournament play with two games remaining.
