SAN FRANCISCO - Austin Daye made five free throws in the final 27.8 seconds and finished with 17 points in No. 19 Gonzaga's 11th victory in 12 games, 78-73 over undermanned San Francisco on Saturday night.

Demetri Goodson scored 13 points, Jeremy Pargo had 12 and Matt Bouldin added 11 for the Zags (19-5, 10-0 West Coast Conference), who hit a season-high 60 percent of their shots, but still couldn't put away the Dons until late.

Dior Lowhorn scored 23 points and Blake Wallace had 19 for San Francisco (9-17, 1-10), which lost its fourth straight while playing its second straight game without four players suspended earlier in the week for disobeying coach Rex Walters in practice.
