SPOKANE, Wash. - Gonzaga University's two-game midweek series with Washington State University scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday has been cancelled due to impending weather conditions in both the Spokane and Pullman, Wash. areas.

The Bulldogs and Cougars were scheduled to play a game Tuesday night in Spokane and another game at WSU Wednesday night. The teams have agreed to play one of the games May 19th at 6:30 p.m. in Spokane. The game scheduled to be played at WSU will not be made up.

This weekend the Zags will host Saint Mary's College for a West Coast Conference series beginning 6:30 p.m. Friday, continuing 1 p.m. Saturday and ending 1 p.m. Sunday. Gonzaga enters the weekend in a tie for first place in the WCC standings with the University of San Diego.
