Guillermo And Sullivan Post Wins In Regular-Season Finale

MOSCOW, Idaho. - The Gonzaga University men's tennis team closed out its regular season with a 5-2 loss to the University of Idaho Wednesday evening. The Bulldogs were led by Levin Guillermo and Scott Sullivan who each recorded singles victories.
Gonzaga (7-12) had the Roman Dojcak/Sullivan tandem earn a win in the day's first doubles match but the Vandals posted wins at No. 2 and No. 3 to take the doubles point. In singles play, Guillermo led the way with an impressive 6-2, 6-3 win in the No. 3 slot and Sullivan won his No. 5 single match in three sets but Idaho held off the Zags in the five remaining matches.
Gonzaga will take this coming weekend off to prepare for the West Coast Conference Championships which will run Apr. 23-25 in San Diego, Calif.
