COACH GRAY'S THOUGHTS
We're very excited to be hosting the Bandon Dunes Championship, which is now in its eighth year. This event is unique in that it rotates to one of the four courses located at Bandon Dunes Resort. This year's event will be contested on the Old Macdonald Course.
Once again, we have a nice field of teams coming to the Oregon coast. Sixteen teams will be in attendance, including five teams ranked inside the top 25. We're excited to be competing at such an amazing venue, against a strong field. Old Macdonald is a wide open course in the sense that there's very little vegetation or trees, so there's more room off the tee. However, the green complexes are the most difficult that we'll see this entire year. So, it won't just be about where we miss greens but also where we put the ball when we get on the greens.

ABOUT THE COURSE:
- The fourth course at Bandon Dunes pays homage to golf course architect Charles Blair Macdonald.
- Inspired by Macdonald's iconic work, course architects Tom Doak and Jim Urbina crafted a course that seeks the answer upon vast greens, among myriad angles of play, and from the depths of fierce bunkers.
