Baseball Schedules Pair of Fall Scrimmages

GU plays scrimmage at home vs. British Columbia this Sunday
SPOKANE, Wash. — The Gonzaga baseball team will play a pair of fall scrimmages, including one at home at Sunday, Oct. 7, against the University of British Columbia.
First pitch this Sunday at Patterson Baseball Complex and Steve Hertz Field against UBC will be at 12 p.m. The game is free and open to the public.
GU's second fall contest will be Sunday, Oct. 21st, on the road at Washington State in Pullman, Wash. The Zags and Cougars will get underway at 1 p.m. that day.
Gonzaga is coming off a successful 2018 campaign that featured a WCC Tournament title and subsequent berth into the Minneapolis Regional of the NCAA Tournament. GU ended the season with a 33-24 record.
