UNBEATEN START:
- The Zags are off to an unbeaten start through their first two games for the third-straight season.
- Last season, GU was unbeaten through three games, leading to being ranked No. 22 in the nation.
- In 2016, the Bulldogs were unbeaten through their first six games and were ranked No. 20 in the country.
- The longest unbeaten start in school history came in 1980 as they did not record a loss through eight games.

YOUTH MOVEMENT:
- The Zags have seen seven freshman or sophomores log significant minutes through their first two matches.
- Six of those players have started games, as freshman Demitrius Kigeya, Frankie Ljucovic, and Mark McEntosh have started both.
- Sophomore Joe Corner and Kigeya lead the team in points, with two each, and in shots, at five and four, respectively.  
- Sophomore Matt Kintzle leads the Zags with one assist.

LANCERS:
- The Lancers are in their first-year as members of NCAA Division I and opened with a 3-0 win over Saint Peter's in Jersey City, N.Y.
- They graduated 10 seniors, including six starters and three NCAA Division II All-Americans.
- They were picked to finish 10th in their first season in the WAC.  They did not have any Preseason All-Conference selections.

HUSKIES:
- Washington jumped from No. 24 in the United Soccer Coaches Preseason Poll to No. 3 in the latest poll.
- They started the season 2-0 with a home win over Maryland and road win at New Mexico. They have not allowed a goal so far this season.
- Last season, they lost to Seattle U at home in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
- They were picked second in the Pac-12 this year behind last year's national champion, Stanford.
- Midfielder Blake Bodily and defender Quentin Pearson were selected Preseason All-Conference.

vs. the WAC:
- The Zags have faced at least one member of the Western Athletic Conference the past seven years.   Since then, GU has faced Seattle U five times and Utah Valley four times.
- In that span they are 7-5 and 4-2 at home.
- GU is 5-2 all-time at home against the WAC and 13-11-2 overall.
