THE TIP-OFF:
- Gonzaga and San Diego meet for the 95th time on Saturday in San Diego, at 7 p.m. GU owns a 72-22 advantage in the series.
- GU has won nine straight versus the Toreros, and 20 of the last 21 matchups. The Bulldogs are 43-4 against USD under Mark Few.
- Gonzaga is 30-13 all-time at San Diego. The Zags have won nine of their last 10 at USD. The Toreros' last win in the series came at USD in 2014.
- Gonzaga is coming off a 73-60 win at Loyola Marymount Thursday. Rui Hachimura led the Zags with 22 points. Brandon Clarke added 17 points.
- Clarke is second in the nation in field goal percentage (68.3), second with 80 blocks, and third averaging 3.08 blocks. Josh Perkins is seventh in the country with 174 assists and is eighth averaging 6.69 assists.
- The Zags are first in the nation in field goal percentage (52.6 percent), first in scoring margin (25.5), first in scoring offense (90.7), first in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.8), and second with 486 total assists.
- Through the first 11 games, the Bulldogs are outscoring their conference opponents by an average of 29.5 points.

- GU has won 20 straight games at home in the series, dating back to an 82-70 loss on Feb. 17, 2000.

SCOUTING THE TOREROS:
- San Diego is coming off of an 88-82 overtime loss at home to BYU Thursday.
- USD led 39-30 at halftime, and by 14 points in the second half, before BYU made a late run.
- The Toreros made 52 percent from the field, but committed 18 turnovers.
- Isaiah Pineiro and Olin Carter III both led USD with 20 points. Pineiro grabbed 12 rebounds, Yauhen Massalski added 13 points and Alex Floresca scored 12.
- Pineiro averages a team-high 19.3 points per game, and Olin Carter III and Wright chip in 16.2 and 13.1 points per outing.
- Pinero also grabs a team-best 9.1 rebounds per game. Wright has dished out a team-high 104 assists.
 
A ZAG WIN WOULD ...
- Be Gonzaga's 38th straight over an unranked team.
- Extend Gonzaga's national best conference win streak record to 26, including WCC Tournament games, 23 without.
- Extend GU's national best conference road win streak to 30.

CLARKE ENTERS CAREER TOP 10
- Brandon Clarke's three blocks at Loyola Marymount got him to 80 this season.
- His 80 blocks are a program record for most blocks in a single season, but are also the 10th most in a GU career.
- He five blocks from tying Cory Violette's 85 career blocks, which ranks ninth in program history.
- Clarke's three blocks per game average puts him on pace for 95 by the end of the regular season, which would rank seventh on the Gonzaga career list.
 
SOME OTHER RANDOMS:
- Gonzaga is one of four teams in the country that has not changed its starting lineup all season (Michigan, Central Michigan, and Robert Morris).
- The Zags are also one of the last four teams without a conference loss this season (Tennessee 11-0, Sam Houston State 12-0 and Wofford 14-0).
- GU and Marquette are the only schools to have its men's and women's programs ranked inside the Top-15 in the Associated Press poll.
