- Gonzaga is back on the road after four straight home matches, a stretch they completed 3-1.
- The last of the four home matches, GU fell to No. 27 San Diego, 4-2. The Zags pushed the Toreros to the end, taking the first set in four of the singles matches and leading a doubles match when it went unfinished.
- In the first three matches of the homestand, Gonzaga had three straight 7-0 sweeps with a win over Idaho on Tuesday and a pair of 7-0 sweeps over Seattle U in a doubleheader the previous Saturday.
- In all three wins, Gonzaga has won all 12 sets on each of the six singles courts.
- The win over Idaho marked Gonzaga's second four-match win streak of the season. GU opened with four straight wins, and now has bounced back from a pair of losses to win four more in a row.
- For Gonzaga, Sam Feit is 10-1 in dual-match play this season, splitting his time at No. 1 and No. 2 in the singles lineup. He's 17-4 overall on the year and on a four-match win streak.
- Vincent Rettke has turned it on as of late for Gonzaga, winning each of his last five singles matches to go 7-3 in dual match play and 10-5 overall on the year.
- Kyle Everly is 9-2 in dual matches, splitting his time between Nos. 4, 5 and 6 in the GU lineup.
- Ruadhan O'Sullivan has also been steady at the top of the lineup, going 7-4 in the top two spots. He's 17-6 overall on the season, tied with Feit for the highest singles win total.
- The duo of Sam Feit/Ruadhan O'Sullivan is 6-2 in dual match play, while Hunter Egger and Kyle Everly have been solid in doubles play as well, going 5-3 in dual match play.
- Earlier this year, Gonzaga earned its first-ever program win against Boise State, coming on the road in a thrilling 4-3 victory.
- Gonzaga also was recognized with the No. 20-ranked recruiting class in the nation, the highest in program history.
