RENO, Nev. – The Gonzaga volleyball team fell to Cal Baptist in four sets (15-25, 19-25, 25-21, 12-25) in the first match of the Nevada Invitational Friday afternoon at the Virginia Street Gym in Reno, Nev.
Six Zags recorded at least six kills, led by senior middle blocker

Zoe Thiros was close behind with eight kills hitting a team-leading .300.

Jenna Kuehn added a team-high 14 digs. As a squad, GU recorded 9.0 blocks, with redshirt junior
Katelyn Oppio finishing with a season-high six blocks.
Gonzaga returns to the floor later this evening (Sept. 20) against host Nevada at 7 p.m.
