THE TIP OFF:
- Gonzaga and Santa Clara meet for the 94th time on Thursday in Spokane, Wash., at 8 p.m. GU owns a 63-30 advantage in the series.
- GU has won 42 of the last 44 meetings against the Broncos, including the last 19 straight matchups. Santa Clara's last win in the series was at SCU in 2011.
- The Zags are 32-6 all-time in Spokane in the series, and has won 12 straight at home versus the Broncos.
- In the latest matchup, GU rolled to a 98-39 win at Santa Clara last season. GU had a record-low two turnovers.
- The Bulldogs are 42-4 against SCU under Mark Few.
- Gonzaga is coming off of an 87-62 win at Loyola Marymount Saturday. Five Zags finished in double-digit scoring.
- The Bulldogs have won 35 straight conference road games, the longest streak by any Division I team over the last 30 seasons, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.
- GU's 31 straight regular season conference wins is currently the longest streak of its kind in the nation, and one win from matching the WCC record (Pepperdine '91-'93).

- GU's 32 straight wins at home is the longest active streak in the nation, and fourth longest in program history.
- The Bulldogs' 14 consecutive true road wins is currently the longest active streak in the country.
- GU is first in the nation in scoring offense (87.8) and total assists (346), second in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.65) and scoring margin (20.5), and third in total rebounds (782).

- Santa Clara's last win in the series was an 85-71 home victory on Jan. 20, 2011.
- The Bulldogs are 42-4 against SCU under Mark Few.
- In the latest matchup, GU rolled to a 98-39 win at Santa Clara on Jan. 24. Corey Kispert scored 13 points, while Filip Petrusev added 12 off of the bench. The Zags committed a record-low two turnovers, after jumping out to a 48-10 lead to start the game. Gonzaga led 53-17 at halftime.
- The Bulldogs are 32-6 all-time in Spokane in the series, and has won 12 straight at home versus the Broncos.
- In last season's meeting in Spokane, Gonzaga eased to a 91-48 win in this season's meeting in Spokane on Jan. 5. Rui Hachimura scored 25 points, Brandon Clarke added 16. SCU was held to 33 percent from the field.
- The Bulldogs are 22-23 all-time at Santa Clara, but have won 18 of their last 19 at SCU.
- Santa Clara won the first all-time meeting between the programs, 67-62, in Santa Clara on Feb. 3, 1959.
 
SCOUTING THE BRONCOS:
- Santa Clara is coming off of a thrilling 67-66 road win at Saint Mary's Saturday. Josip Vrankic's putback layup with 9.4 seconds left capped off a furious rally for the Broncos. Vrankic had a double-double with a season-high 22 points and 10 rebounds, DJ Michell scored 16 for SCU, who tallied 12 of the final 16 points to overcome a seven-point deficit with less than 4 minutes left.
- Santa Clara snapped an eight-game losing streak versus SMC. The Broncos also snapped a five-game skid in Moraga.
- Santa Clara's record is its best through 18 games since 1977-78 when the mark was also 15-3. The 14-2 start was the best since opening a school-record 21-0 in 1968-69 on the way to a 27-2 mark and a trip to the NCAAs. The Broncos won at least 14 of 16 to begin a season for only fourth time in school history.
- Four Broncos average double-digit scoring, led by Trey Wertz's 12.2 points per game. He has a team-high 68 assists.
- Guglielmo Caruso leads SCU grabbing 5.5 rebounds per outing, while chipping in 11.6 points. He leads the conference shooting 66.4 percent from the field.

- Extend the nation's fourth-longest active win streak to 11.
- Improve the nation's current longest home win streak to 33.
