- San Francisco is coming off of a 69-44 rout win at San Diego Thursday. Charles Minlend scored 19 of his 21 points in the second half to lead USF. He added 10 rebounds. Jimbo Lull and Khalil Shabazz both scored 15 points.
- Minlend averages a team-high 15 points per game, while Jamaree Bouyea adds 13.7 points. Lull averages a team-best seven boards a game, and chips in 11.5 points. Bouyea has dished out a team-high 83 assists this season.

ALL-STAR ZAGS:
- Former Gonzaga standouts Domantas Sabonis,
Rui Hachimura and
Brandon Clarke were all selected to be a part of this year's NBA All-Star Weekend in Chicago Feb. 14-16.
- Sabonis became the second Zag to be named an NBA All-Star, after being selected as a reserve for the East.
- John Stockton was the first former GU player to be selected as an All-Star. He was a 10-time NBA All-Star, with the most recent in 2000.
- Hachimura (Japan) and Clarke (Canada) were named to the World Roster for the NBA Rising Stars Game on Feb. 14.
