Bulldogs have won a national best 36 straight games at home

THE TIP OFF:
- Gonzaga and San Francisco meet for the 94th time on Thursday in Spokane, at 7 p.m. GU owns a 61-22 advantage in the series.
- The Zags have won 17 straight versus the Dons. USF's last win in the series came in 2012, 66-65, at USF.
- Gonzaga has won 30 in-a-row in Spokane in the series, including all 15 in the McCarthey Athletic Center.
- The Bulldogs are 34-2 against USF in Spokane all-time. The Dons last won in Spokane on Feb. 10, 1989, 67-64.
- The Zags are coming off of an 89-77 win at Pepperdine Saturday. Six Zags finished in double-digit scoring.
- Gonzaga's 39 straight regular season conference wins is currently the longest streak of its kind in the nation.
- The Zags are the lone team in the nation to have seven players averaging double-digit scoring per game, no other team has more than five averaging double-digit scoring.

- The Zags' 18 consecutive true road wins is currently the longest active streak in the country. Gonzaga has won 39 straight conference road contests.
- Gonzaga has clinched its 13th straight 25-win season.
- The Bulldogs are first in the nation in scoring offense (88.6), scoring margin (21.3), second in field goal percentage (51.6), third in total assists (467) and rebound margin (8.9), fifth in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.53) and three-point percentage (39.4) and sixth in total rebounds (1,087).
 
SERIES NOTES:
- This is the 84th all-time meeting between Gonzaga and San Francisco. GU has a 61-22 advantage in the series.
- GU is 40-4 against San Francisco under Mark Few.

SCOUTING THE DONS:
- San Francisco snapped a threegame skid with a 70-61 win at Santa Clara Thursday. Jamaree Bouyea led USF with 17 points, while Jimbo Lull had a double-double of 16 points and 14 rebounds. Charles Minlend also recorded a double-double of 11 points and 10 boards.
- Minlend averages a team-high 14.3 points, while Bouyea adds 13.1 points. Lull and Khalil Shabazz chip in 12 and 10.3 points per outing. Lull grabs a team-high 7.2 rebounds per contest, and Bouyea has thrown a team-best 98 assists.
 
A ZAG WIN WOULD ...
- Extend the nation's third-longest active win streak to 19.
- Improve the nation's current longest home win streak to 37.
- Extend the Bulldogs' conference regular season win streak to 40 victories.
- Be the 19th straight win at home over a WCC opponent.
- Be the 33rd straight victory at home over an unranked foe.
- Be the 21st straight win for GU in the month of February.
 
GOING FOR EIGHT STRAIGHT:
- Gonzaga needs one win to clinch at least a share of the 2019-20 regular season title, and two victories to claim the crown outright.
- The Zags have either shared or owned the West Coast Conference regular season title outright in each of the last seven seasons.
- GU would extend its current nationally-best active streak of regular season titles, owned or shared.
- Bucknell at five straight is the second-longest active streak entering this season (Patriot League), but Bucknell has already been eliminated from winning its regular-season conference title this year. Nevada and Vermont were next on the list (three straight each entering this year).
- A win would also give the Bulldogs three byes to the semifinal round of the West Coast Conference Tournament in the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas on March 9.
- Gonzaga has won in the WCC tournament semifinals in each of the past 22 years. The Zags last loss in the WCC semifinals was 1994, 83-75, to San Diego in Santa Clara.
 
BALANCING ACT:
- Gonzaga is the only program in the nation with seven players averaging double-digit scoring. No other teams in the country have more than five averaging double-digit scoring.
- No Division I team in the last 20 years has finished a season with seven players averaging 10.0+ point per game.
- Seven different Zags have already led the team in scoring in a game this season.
- Eight Bulldogs have had multiple double-digit scoring games, with seven GU players reaching 20 points.
- Eight Gonzaga players averaging at least three rebounds per outing, and four dishout at least two assists per game.
- The Zags have had seven different players lead a game in assists so far this season, and five have led in rebounds.
- GU has had at least four double-digit scorers in all but two games this season. (Four in 8 games, Five in 12 games, Six in 4 games and Seven in 1 game)
