THE TIP OFF:
- Gonzaga opens the 2020 West Coast Conference Tournament versus fifth-seeded San Francisco in the semifinals in the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Monday at 6 p.m.
- The Zags have won 18 straight versus the Dons. USF's last win in the series came in 2012, 66-65, at USF. GU has won three of four all-time meetings in the WCC Tournament, including the latest in the 2018 semifinals, 88-60.

- This is the 85th all-time meeting between Gonzaga and San Francisco. GU has a 62-22 advantage in the series.

- GU has won three of the four all-time meetings in the West Coast Conference Tournament, including the latest in the 2018 semifinals. Killian Tillie scored 26 points on 10-of-11 shooting, including connecting on all five 3-pointers, to lead Gonzaga past the Dons 88-60. In the 2015 quarterfinals, the Zags beat San Francisco, 81-72. In the other meeting in the Orleans Arena, the Bulldogs beat USF in the 2011 semifinals.

Filip Petrusev had 23 points and 11 rebounds playing in foul trouble and Drew Timme scored 19 for the Zags. Jordan Ratinho scored 14 points to lead USF.
- San Francisco edged GU, 64-62, in the first-ever meeting at USF on Jan. 28, 1961.
 
SCOUTING THE DONS:
- San Francisco advanced to the WCC Tournament semifinals with a 72--54 win over fourth-seeded Pacific Saturday. The fifth-seeded Dons opened the tournament with an 82-53 win over Loyola Marymount Friday.
- Against Pacific, Charles Minlend led the Dons with 21 points, while Jimbo Lull added 16 points. San Francisco made 54 percent of its shots from the field.
- Minlend averages a team-high 14.3 points, while Jamaree Bouyea adds 12.4 points. Lull and Khalil Shabazz chip in 11.8 and 10.3 points per outing. Lull grabs a team-high 7.7 rebounds per contest, and Bouyea has thrown a team-best 116 assists.
 
ZAGS IN THE WCC TOURNAMENT:
- GU is 57-16 all-time in the WCC Tournament with 16 titles and 25 finals appearances, including each of the last 22 seasons.
- GU is 43-5 under Mark Few in the WCC Tournament with title-game appearances in all 20 seasons.
