SCOUTING THE COUGARS:
- BYU is riding a seven-match unbeaten streak into Saturday's game against Gonzaga. The Cougars have won back-to-back WCC games handing Portland its first loss of the season last week, 4-1, before outlasting Pepperdine on the road Wednesday, 4-3.
