SPOKANE, Wash. – The Gonzaga women's soccer team released their 2022 spring schedule. The Zags face six opponents this spring, all in Spokane. Admission is free for all games and take place on Luger Field.
 
Gonzaga will open spring play Friday with Trinity Western, at 2:45 p.m. The Spartans fell short of their seventh national title falling in the U SPORTS National Championship in November. Trinity Western, from Langley, B.C., went 19-4-4 in the fall before falling in the gold medal match.
 
On April 9, the Zags will take on Spokane Falls Community College at 1 p.m. Gonzaga hosts Boise State on April 10 at 12 p.m., followed by Idaho on April 16. The Broncos won 11 matches in the fall and lost in the Mountain West Conference Championships.
 
The Zags will then take on Washington at on April 23. GU will close out the spring season on April 30 against Eastern Washington. The Bulldogs opened their 2021 season with a 4-0 victory over EWU.
