SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Yvonne Ejim of Gonzaga and Jorynn Ross of Pepperdine are the Credit Union 1 West Coast Conference Women's Basketball Players of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday following Christmas Day. Ejim was voted the Conference's Player of the Week for the fourth time this season, while Ross was voted the league's Freshman of the Week for the second-straight week.

Yvonne Ejim averaged 24.5 points last week to help Gonzaga reach a 13-2 non-conference record. She had a game-high 27 points against Arizona before closing out the year with a team-high 22 points against New Mexico. She averaged 75.9 percent from the floor and grabbed 11 rebounds last week. She has now scored in double figures for 20-straight games and has reached at least 20 points nine times this year. Ejim has been named CU1 WCC Player of the Week four times in the last five weeks.
