THE TIPOFF
- The No. 17/17 Gonzaga women's basketball team hits the road to continue WCC play at LMU. Tipoff is slated for 7 p.m. at Gersten Pavilion. 
- GU is coming off an 85-67 win over San Diego at home. Yvonne Ejim scored 25 points and grabbed 10 rebounds while Kayleigh Truong had 21 points and seven assists. 
- Gonzaga is currently on a 28 home game winning streak. It currently ranks third in the country behind UNLV (29) and South Carolina (50). The Bulldogs have also won 10-straight games.
- Five Zags are averaging double digits in scoring including Yvonne Ejim (20.3), Brynna Maxwell (13.8), Kayleigh Truong (13.6), Eliza Hollingsworth (10.8), and Kaylynne Truong (10.4).
- Lisa Fortier could reach 250 wins in her career. She currently is at 249-61 (.803), which is seventh in in the nation in winning percentage among current coaches with at least 10 years at the helm.
- Kaylynne Truong will become the new leader in games played at GU with 144 appearances.
- The Zags are fifth in the country in three-point percentage at 39.6%. GU's 48.6 field goal percentage also ranks 13th. From the free throw line, GU is sixth with 80.8%.
- Kaylynne Truong is 10th in the nation in assists with 105 so far this year along with 20th in the country in assists per game with 5.8. Both rank first in the WCC. 
- Yvonne Ejim is second in the country in field goals with 157 scored this season. Her 366 points scored this year ranks fifth in the nation. Ejim has also scored double figures for 21-straight games and has scored at least 20 points in nine games this season. She is shooting at 64.6%, which ranks seventh in the country and first in the WCC.
- Yvonne Ejim has been named the WCC Player of the Week four times this season. She was also ESPN's Player of the Week and the Ann Meyers Drysdale National Player of the Week (12/4). 
- Kaylynne Truong was one of 20 point guards in the country named to the Nancy Lieberman Award watch list. Brynna Maxwell was also one of 20 shooting guards in the country named to the Ann Meyers Drysdale Award watch list.
- Lisa Fortier was recently named to the 2024 Kathy Delaney-Smith Coach of the Year Award preseason watch list. This year's watch list includes coaches from 16 conferences.
- The Bulldogs were picked to win the West Coast Conference this season by the league's coaches.
- Gonzaga has amassed a conference record of 274-34 (.889) during the last 18 seasons. 
- Last season, GU advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the sixth-straight year under Lisa Fortier.

LAST MEETING: The Bulldogs went 2-0 against LMU last year with wins at home and on the road. Most recently, GU defeated LMU 66-55 at home.        

SCOUTING THE LIONS
- LMU currently sits at 7-9 overall and 2-2 in the WCC. 
- The Lions are led by Alexis Mark, who scores 12.7 points a game and grabs 7.6 rebounds. 
- LMU leads the West Coast Conference in offensive rebounds a game with 14.4 per game. The mark also ranks 44th in the country. LMU is also third in the conference in rebounds per game with 37.8.
- The Lions are shooting at 32.9% from the three point line to rank third in the conference.
