SPOKANE, Wash. — The Gonzaga men's soccer program has announced their 2024 season schedule. The upcoming slate features 18 regular season games and two exhibitions.
The Bulldogs host 12 matches in 2024, opening the season with an exhibition against Trinity Western (Aug. 13) and then traveling to Seattle to play University of Washington in another exhibition on Aug. 18. The Zags start the regular season on Aug. 22 against Northwest Nazarene, followed by St. Thomas on Aug. 26.
In September, Gonzaga hosts Houston Christian University on Sept. 1 and Utah Tech on Sept. 5. This marks the first time in program history that the Zags will face HCU. The team then hits the road on Sept. 8 to play Cal Poly and at Seattle (Sept. 12).
The Bulldogs return home to host Western Illinois (Sept. 15) for the first match between the two programs in history before traveling to CSU Fullerton on Sept. 18. GU wraps up the non-conference slate with CSU Bakersfield on Sept. 21.
The West Coast Conference season begins on the road against LMU on Sept. 28. The first home WCC game is next against San Diego on Oct. 4 and San Francisco on Oct. 9. Then the Zags travel to Oregon State on Oct. 18 and returns home to play Portland on Oct. 25.
Gonzaga goes on the road for the next two games against Santa Clara (Oct. 30) and Saint Mary's (Nov. 2). The Bulldogs close out the regular season at home against Pacific on Nov. 9.
