SPOKANE, Wash. – Gonzaga women's tennis controlled the courts on Friday afternoon, routing Montana 4-0 at the Stevens Center.

The Bulldogs quickly claimed the doubles point with commanding 6-1 victories by Norhan Hesham/Safien Boulonois and Emily Robertson/Ella Nielsen. Play continued on court one, where Lia Espinal/Rose Hayes were outlasted 7-5 by a pair of Grizzlies.

Moving to singles, the home team picked up another point as Boulonois cruised 6-2, 6-2. The Zags clinched the overall match with 6-3, 6-4 wins by Robertson and Hesham. When the dual ended, three singles bouts were stopped — Hayes (6-4, 3-3), Nielsen (6-2, 3-6), and Espinal (6-2, 3-4).
