SPOKANE, Wash. – Adam Miller, a transfer from Arizona State, signed a financial aid agreement to attend Gonzaga University and will join the men's basketball team for the 2025-26 season.
Miller, a native of Peoria, Ill., joins the Zags after totaling 1,206 points in 117 games at Arizona State, Louisiana State, and Illinois. The 6-3, 190-pound guard, will have one final year of eligibility with GU.
Miller started all 30 games for Arizona State last season, averaging 9.8 points per game. He made 57 three-pointers, one off the team-high, at a career-best 42.9 percent shooting from behind-the-arc. He added 2.3 rebounds and 1.9 assists per outing.
Miller has started in 115 of his 117 career appearances, while averaging 29.9 minutes per game. He set the Illinois program record for points by a freshman in their debut with 28 on 10-of-12 shooting from the field. He averaged 8.3 points for the Illini. As a sophomore in 2022-23, Miller averaged 11.5 points per game at LSU, highlighted by a pair of 26-point efforts. In 2023-24 at Arizona State, he reached double-digit scoring in 16 of his 23 appearances and averaged 12 points.
Alongside former Zag, Chet Holmgren, Miller represented the United States at the 2021 FIBA Under-19 World Cup in Latvia. He averaged 7.4 points and 3.6 assists per game, helping his team win the gold medal over Victor Wembanyama-led France.
