Natalie Pluskota-Hamberg announced the addition of Diana Yanotovskaya to the Gonzaga women's tennis team for the upcoming 2025-26 season. Yanotovskaya comes from Cal State Fullerton and spent three years there.
"We're thrilled to welcome Diana to the Gonzaga Women's Tennis family," Pluskota-Hamberg said. "With a career-high UTR of 9.8 and as high as a 9.19 through out this past season, she's proven herself as a high-level competitor. Her work ethic and determination make her a great fit for our team culture, and we're excited to see the impact she'll have on and off the court as a Zag."

Yanotovskaya was born in Tomsk, Russia to Vasily and Julia Yanotovskaya. She has one younger sibling, Nikita. She is a member of the Russian Junior National Team, was ranked in the Top 50 in Europe in Juniors, and the Top 10 in Russia at the U-17 level. She graduated from an art school and also plays the piano. She aspires to play professional tennis. She enjoys sleeping, going on walks, watching movies, watching plays, drawing, and reading in her spare time. Her father was a former professional soccer player.
