Gonzaga men's tennis played the Idaho Vandals at home in the Steven's Center, claiming another victory 4-3.
Back in doubles is the bulldog duo of Gus Krauel and Diego Herrera who secured a win on court three, 6-1. Oscar Rashed and Nicholas Reeves took on the Vandals Chetanna Amadike and Gabriel Moroder but unfortunately came up short 4-6.
As for singles, Oscar Rashed had an incredible performance playing against Vandals Mikolaj Lis, taking both sets 6-0 and 6-3. Diego Herrera played on court six and took another point for the Zags in two sets, 6-4 and 7-5. More from singles, Nicholas Reeves fought a battle that led into a third set 1-6, 6-4 before taking the point for the Zags 6-1. Jay Fairclough put up a great fight against the Vandals, 4-6, 7-6 before taking the win 7-5.
The Gonzaga men's team won't be back playing until March 6th, traveling down to Boise to play in a two-day tournament. The time is to be determined.
