SPOKANE, Wash-
Maddox Haley has been named the National Co-Player of the Week by Perfect Game on March 30th after a huge previous week.
Across the four games from March 25 through March 29 he hit for an incredible .737 average (going 14 for 19), a 1.684 Slugging Percentage, and an incredible 2.434 OPS. He slugged five home runs last week, with two multi-home run games. He scored 10 runs and had nine RBIs. Haley also added a stolen base and three doubles. He tied a program record for hits in a game with five (including a run-rule walk-off home run) against Washington State, and was perfect in the field.
Haley was also recognized as the WCC Player of the week on Monday afternoon, the sixth time this season that a Gonzaga Player was named to a WCC weekly award
