Gonzaga University (Cross Country)- 3 year varsity letter winner in cross country…competed at the WCC XC Championship and NCAA XC Western Regional meet from 2012-2014…his highest conference finish was 22^nd in 2012 and his highest regional finish was 62^nd in 2014…currently #9 on the all-time 8k XC list with a time of 24:15 run at the 2014 Inland Northwest Classic in Lewiston, ID and #5 on the all-time 10k XC with a time of 30:44 run at the 2014 NCAA XC Western Regional meet in Palo Alto, CA

Gonzaga University (Track)- Graduated in 2015 as the school record holder in the indoor 5000 meter run, #3 all-time in the indoor 3000 meters, #5 all-time in the outdoor 1500 meters, #7 all-time in the outdoor 5000 meters, and #4 all-time in the outdoor 10000 meters…primarily focused on the 5000 and 10000 meter runs…had his best outdoor season in 2014 when he ran the then school record of 30:09.86 for 10000 meters at the Mt. Sac Relays in Walnut, CA and 14:26.98 for 5000 meters at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival…had his best indoor season in 2015 when he ran the current school record in the 5000 meter run with a time of 14:23.56 at the UW Husky Classic and 8:18.77 for 3000 meters at the UW Invitational

High School- Graduated from Inglemoor High School in Redmond, WA…placed 8^th at the 2011 4A WIAA State Track and Field Championships in the 1600 meter run with a time of 4:20.29…also placed 11^th in the 3200 meter run…as a sophomore qualified for 3200 meter run at the 2009 WIAA State Track and Field Championships…ran at the 2009 and 2010 4A WIAA State Cross Country Championships placing 26^th as a senior and 49^th as a junior…personal bests of 1:59 (800), 4:19 (1600), 9:24 (3200)

Personal- Engineering major…role model: former world record distance runner Henry Rono ... favorite Zag cross country moment: beating Oregon in a dual meet in 2011...best off-course Gonzaga moment: meeting former teammate Patrick Richie ... nickname: none—nicknames are for people who aren't feared enough to be called by their Christian name.
