Student Accounts
The office of Student Accounts is responsible for the preparation and distribution of billing statements for tuition, fees, room, board and other related fees. They process payments, set up payment plans, disburse financial aid and issue refunds. Effective communication with students and their families is an important part of the Student Accounts mission: They are dedicated to helping students and families in the pursuit of their educational goals by providing financial information and resources in a professional and individualized manner.

Please use the information below to gain more information about how payment for GUST will work, and contact the office of Student Accounts directly with any specific questions:

Campus Location: Crosby Center, 001
General Information: studentaccounts@gonzaga.edu
Student Accounts Office: 509-313-6812

CASHNet
The Student Accounts Office utilizes an Online Only billing process called CASHNet. Students are notified by email with a link to Zagweb and then to CASHNet where the bill can be viewed, printed and/or paid. Email is an official means of communication at Gonzaga University, and students have the responsibility of accessing and reading their Zagmail email messages in a timely fashion.

Parents, please note – in order to view, print and/or pay your student’s account, your son or daughter must set you up as an “authorized payer” through CASHNet. We encourage students to set up their authorized payers as soon as possible. Students are the only ones who may create authorized payer accounts; Student Accounts staff is unable to grant this type of access. You can set up an authorized payer and your CASHNet account here.

Financial Aid
The office of Financial Aid is dedicated to helping students and families in the pursuit of their educational goals by providing excellent service in a professional, individualized manner. Please use the information below to contact the office of Financial Aid directly with any specific questions:

ZAGCARD and Bulldog Bucks
The ZAGCARD is your official Gonzaga University student ID card and much more! Please visit the Campus Card Services site to submit your ZAGCARD photo and for details about photo requirements and instructions on how to upload in Zagweb.

GUST participants are encouraged to make a deposit into their Bulldog Bucks account. Available funds can be spent at participating locations on and off campus (walking distance). Bulldog Bucks will be discussed in more detail at Orientation. A deposit can be made at any time by anyone.

Your ZAGCCARD will be provided upon arrival to campus when you check into Kennedy. Do not lose this card ($30.00 replacement fee)! It will be your access to the residence hall, dining facilities, fitness center, among other things. Please be prepared to show a valid (not temporary or voided) government issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport. Students who cannot produce a valid government ID will not be given their ZAGCARD. If you do not have a government ID we will accept an original birth certificate AND original Social Security card AND a piece of mail sent to the student at the address on file with the University. All three must be presented at the same time.
