GRAD YEAR (2023-24): Drafted by the Chicago Sky with the 13th overall pick… Named to the All-WCC First Team… Was one of three players to start all 36 games this season for the Zags… Led Gonzaga and the WCC in three point field goal percentage, with 44.0%, and three pointers made, with 96 made three pointers this season… Also led the team and was second in the WCC for three pointers made per game, with an average of 2.7 made threes per game... Scored a career-high 510 points on a career-high average of 14.2 points per game, which was the second-highest on the team and sixth-highest in the WCC… Was second on the team for made field goals (164), field goals attempted (355), three pointers attempted (221), and three throws made (86)… Maintained an impressive field goal percentage of 46.2% and free throw percentage of 86.9%... Grabbed 103 total rebound this season, with 23 offensive rebounds and 2.9 rebounds per game… Also established career-highs in assists (32), blocks (11), and steals (39)… Made four three pointers in three separate games this season, which is tied for the third-most threes in a game this season by a WCC player… Made a three pointer in every game this season, with at least three made three pointers in 19 separate games… Scored in double digits in 30 games this season, including scoring a season-high 27 points in an impressive victory over Stanford… Had seven rebounds and four assists against Portland… Finished with 19 points and five made three pointers against San Diego… Set a career-high with six steals against Texas in the Sweet Sixteen, which was also the second-most steals by any player in the WCC this season…
SENIOR (2022-23): In her first season with the Zags, Maxwell started 28 games and saw action in 32 total games this year…Attempted and made the second-most three pointers this year, and led the Zags in three point percentage at 48.3 percent…Also led the Zags, and set a new Gonzaga women’s basketball record, with a free throw shooting percentage of 93.4 percent this season…Ranked third on the team for minutes played, average minutes per game, field goal percentage, points scored, and average points per game…Scored in double-digits 23 times this season, including a season-high 26 points in 34 minutes against Pepperdine.
AT UTAH
2021-22 (Junior):Â Appeared in 33 games while making 11 starts and averaged 20.6 minutes, 10.6 points, and 3.2 rebounds per game. She was named to the Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll.
- Became the 30th player in program history to score 1,000 career points. Scored her 1,000th career point in the Pac-12 Tournament Championship game against Stanford.
- Scored in double figures in 18 games, including leading the team in scoring six times.
- Was an 88.5 percent (69-for-78) from the line, the second-best mark in the Pac-12 and the fifth-best mark in school history in a single season.
- Ranked in the top-five in the Pac-12 in free-throw percentage (88.5), three-point field goals made (68), and three-point field goals made per game (2.06).
- Scored 20 or more points in Utah's first two games of the season, with a season-high 24 points coming against Lipscomb (11/10).
- Scored 15 or more points eight times, including three games with 20 or more points.
HIGH SCHOOL:Â In high school, she was the 3A State Player of the Year, Tacoma Tribune All-Area Player of the Year and the Gateway's Gig Harbor Female Athlete of the Year as a senior after leading her team to a state championship.
In state tournaments, she has the record in total points (83) and average points (27.7). A four-star recruit coming out of high school, she also has the school record for total points (1,968), points in a season (671 in 2019) and points in a game (48 in 2019). She averaged 26.8 points, 9.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 4.6 steals per game as a senior.
