Started 53 games as primary left fielder….Led the team with 12 home runs and 54 RBIs….Tied program record for single game hits with five against Pepperdine on April 3….Third on the team with 118 total bases….Had 28 extra base hits with another 16 doubles…Hit .297 while scoring 42 runs

Prior to Gonzaga
A two time All-American while at Chaffey College, Young was recognized for the 2024 and 2025 seasons before joining the Zags for 2026. Young had a .411 career batting average during his time at Chaffey, including a .447 average in 2025. He set a new school record in four categories across his two years, putting up 23 home runs, 36 doubles, 103 RBIs and 107 runs.
