HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four varsity letters in cross country and track at Winston Churchill High...named to the All-District third team in 2005...finished 15th at the Midwestern League championship...earned four varsity letters in track. Lauren Rochholz[apos]s Collegiate Career FRESHMAN (2006-07): Competed in four meets... posted two 28th place finishes...one at the Whitworth Short Course (13:14.10), the other at the Vandal Twilight Jamboree (17.43.18). SOPHOMORE (2007-08): Placed 13th in 18:59.69 in 2.5-mile Bulldog Invitational against Washington State University...best 5K time was 20:53.35 at Willamette Invitational...ran three 5000m races in track - all under 21 minutes with season-best 20:29.95 to finish fifth in first meet of season at Dusty Lane Open hosted by Community Colleges of Spokane...also ran 3000m steeplechase in 14:01.10 at Duane Hartman Invitational hosted by Community Colleges of Spokane. JUNIOR (2008-09): Only cross country outing of season was 5K EWU Invitational, finishing in 22:30.7...track season ran season-best 21:39.05 for 5000m at Dusty Lane Open in Spokane, and had season-best 5:39.69 for 1500m at Buc Scoring Invitational at Spokane[apos]s Whitworth University. Misc.: 3.87 high schol GPA...father, Tim, ran cross country at George Fox University and is a member of the athletic department Hall of Fame.
