Prior to Gonzaga
Miles joins the Zags after he became State Champion of Texas in the 3200 meters his senior year. His personal best in the event is 8:56. He was also runner up in the Texas State Championship in the 1600 meters, an event where he holds a 4:08.88 personal best. He was a bronze medalist in the Texas Championship for cross country, where he holds a 14:55 personal record.Â
