Gonzaga University Athletics

Gonzaga University- Ran 4:12.93 in the indoor mile at the UW Preview. Broke on to the Gonzaga all-time list running 14:18.43 in the 5,000 meters at UCLA putting him at #5 in school history. Ran 30:07.63 in the 10,000 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays placing himself #4 on the all-time list. Posted a career best 24:32.4 in 8K at the 2016 Idaho Dual XC meet, earning first place in the meet. Took fifth place in the 2016 Montana Invitational.

University of Washington- Competed at the Pac-12 XC Championships as a freshman and sophomore…placed 68^th at the NCAA XC Western Regional meet as a freshman in 2013…personal bests 3:53.55 (1500), 8:20.65 (3000), and 14:38.00 (5000)

High School- Graduated from Lewis and Clark High School in Spokane, WA…placed 2^nd at the 2013 4A State Track and Field Championships in a time of (8:58.07)…as a senior placed 4^th at the 2012 4A State XC Championships; placed 7^th as a junior…qualified for Nike Cross Nationals in 2012 after placing 4^th at the Regional meet in Boise, ID with a time of 15:41…placed 7^th at Nike Cross Nationals in Portland, OR…Running Times ranked him the 17^th best prep runner in 2012…personal bests of 1:58 (800), 4:16 (1600), 8:58 (3200)
