2016-17: Defeated Washington State in the Fawley Cup in the novice eight boat and second varsity eight boat … took sixth in the Kerr Cup Grand Final with the second varsity eight … finished runner-up in the Husky Open in the second varsity eight boat … took second ahead of UCSD in the novice eight boat in San Diego … won the fall’s Head of the Snake with the varsity eight … took seventh in the Head of the American with the varsity eight …defeated WSU at the Head of the Spokane with the varsity eight.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Mercer Island High School in Mercer Island, Wash…rowed on the crew team…was on varsity eight that finished eighth at 2016 Youth Nationals…was on undefeated JV eight in 2015, and was in the lightweight boat at the 2013 Youth Nationals…member of the National Honor Society with a 3.9 GPA.
MISC: Son of Barbara and Mark…has two stepbrothers, Carson and Davis…chose Gonzaga as a great fit for academics and athletics…can quote almost the entire “Monty Python: The Holy Grail” move.
