Columbia University- Ranked #4 on the All-Time Columbia 3000 meter steeplechase list with a time of 8:50.77….qualified for the NCAA Eastern Regional Track and Field Championships in the 3000 meter steeplechase where he placed 45th…also placed 30th at the NCAA Northeastern Regional XC meet in 2014….personal bests 3:49.78 (1500), 8:16.97 (3000) and 8:50.77 (3000ST)

High School- Graduated from North Central High School in Spokane, WA…placed 3rd in the 1600 meters at the 2010 and 2011 3A WIAA Track and Field Championships…as a senior placed 5th at the 3A WIAA Cross Country Championships to help lead North Central to the state title…as a junior placed 6th and another state championship…was part of 3 Washington State Championship teams…2 time Nike Borderclash participant…2 time participant at the Nike Cross National meet in Portland, OR…as a sophomore he was part of the National Champion squad…as a junior he was part of the 7th place team at Nationals…as a senior he was part of the 6th place team at Nationals placing 12th overall…personal bests of 1:57 (800), 4:13 (1600)

Personal- Graduated from Columbia in 2015 with a degree in History…currently enrolled in the Organizational Leadership graduate program…chose Gonzaga because he wanted to be part of a rising program that I believe in…if you could have dinner with anyone: Ornette Coleman…weird fact: I wear glasses…secret addiction: magnets…nickname: America.
