Gonzaga University- 1 year varsity letter winner in cross country…represented Gonzaga at the 2014 WCC XC Championships…currently 13th on the all-time 8k XC list (24:38)…former school record holder in the outdoor 5000 meter run (14:08.77)…currently #7 on outdoor 1500 meter list, #2 on the outdoor 5000 meter list, and #7 on the indoor 3000 meter list…personal bests of 3:51@ (1500), 8:21 (3000) and 14:08 (1500)

High School- Graduate of Gonzaga Prep in Spokane, WA…placed 2nd in the 1600 meters with a time of 4:09.72 and 3rd in the 3200 meters with a time of 9:03.60 at the 4A WIAA State Track and Field Championships…coached by 1996 Gonzaga graduate Joe Feryn…personal bests of 1:57 (800), 4:09 (1600) and 9:03 (3200)
