Prior to Gonzaga
- Ran four years of cross country and track at Camas… Lyne was named a two-time All-Region selection in cross country, and three-time GSHL First Team…Finished ninth in the 1600 meters with a 4:16.3 at the WIAA State Championship Meet…placed fifth with a 9:14.6 in the 3200 meters at the WIAA State Championship Meet. He ran his 5K personal best at the Hole in the Wall Invitational with a 15:22.
Personal
-Â Lyne is studying Political Science, Economics, and minoring in Asian History. He hopes to work for the federal government and be involved in the political scene after college.Â
"I chose Gonzaga because it is a perfect fit to strengthen myself academically and athletically," Lyne said. "The team and coach are people that strive to help each other become the best versions of themselves. I am very excited for the opportunity to join such an amazing team and represent the Zag Nation."
