2017, 21’ NCAA West Region Preliminary Qualifier (5,000m)

(2020-2021) Cross Country – A part of the Gonzaga team that placed 2nd at the WCC Championship, paving the way for the teams first ever NCAA National appearance…Outdoor – Placed 15th in the 5k at the OSU High Performance Meet running 14:04.82. Flew down to California to compete in the West Coast Distance Carnival 5k. Recorded a 5k PR of 13:53.65. Qualified to the NCAA West Prelim in the 5k as the last man in where he placed 44^th. 

(2019-2020) Cross Country - Helped the team throughout the season at the Cougar Classic, Joe Piane Invite, Nuttycombe Invite, and WCCs, to finish 6th at the NCAA West Regional, and be the first team out of qualifying for nationals…Indoor - Redshirt season. Ran 8:09.72 in the 3k at the UW Husky Classic just off of a personal best…Outdoor - Did not participate because of the novel coronavirus.

(2018-2019) Cross Country - Redshirted…Indoor - Ran 8:09.72 in the 3k at the UW Preview just off of a personal best. Ran a new school record of 14:15.36 in the 5k at the UW Invitational, good enough for 7th place. Also competed in the 5k at the Husky Classic…Outdoor - Placed 2nd in the 5k at the Buc Scoring Meet. Ran the 5k again at the Stanford Invitational in 14:13.89. Competed at WAR 12 in the 1500m. Ran the 10k at the Cardinal Classic crossing the line in 30:17.09 for 6th place. Also competed at the Spokane Memorial 2019 (Mile) and the West Coast Invitational (5k).
