Gonzaga University Athletics

Gonzaga University (Cross Country)- 4 year varsity letter winner and 1 year captain…competed for the Zags at 4 consecutive West Coast Conference Cross Country Championships where he placed in the top 25 on three different occasions…his highest placing came as a redshirt sophomore at the 2008 WCC XC Championships at Crystal Springs in Belmont, CA where he placed 17^th overall...he graduated in 2011 as the #12 fastest 8k XC runner in program history with a time of 25:37 which he ran at the 2010 Sundodger Invitational held at Lincoln Park in Seattle, WA

Gonzaga University (Track)- Graduated in 2011 as the school record holder in the indoor 3000m…also the #3 fastest indoor 5000m and #4 fastest outdoor 5000m runner in Gonzaga school history…had his most successful track indoor and outdoor season in 2011 as a redshirt senior where he opened up his indoor season by running the 3000m school record and his lifetime PR at the 2011 UW Husky Classic in Seattle, WA; he ran 8:26.84 placing 5^th in his heat…to close off his indoor season he would run the #3 fastest indoor 5000m time in school history with his 14:45.09 at the UW Last Chance Meet…outdoors he would continue to set more PR’s including his lifetime 1500m and 5000m marks which he set in back to back weeks…he set his 1500m PR of 3:59.17 at the UW Ken Shannon Invitational to win his section on a very windy and rainy day…a week later in his last race as a Zag he ran his PR and the #4 outdoor 5000m in school history with a time of 14:46.86 at the 2011 West Coast Invitational held at Willamette University in Salem, OR

High School- Earned two varsity letters in cross country at Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose, Calif...was named Most Valuable Runner as a junior and senior...earned two varsity letters in track…3.8 cumulative GPA…also earned presidential academic honors
