Gonzaga University (Cross Country)- 1 year varsity letter winner in cross country where he competed at the 2011 WCC XC Championship Meet in Belmont, CA where he placed 25^th overall and was the first Zag across the line with a time of 25:37…also ran at the NCAA West XC Regional meet and placed 129^th overall…ran his 8k PR of 24:50 at the 2011 Erik Anderson Invitational in Spokane, WA

Gonzaga University (Track)- Graduated in 2014 as #7 on the all-time outdoor 5k list with a time of 14:35.26 which he ran at the 2012 West Coast Invitational in Salem, OR…at the time it was the 3^rd fastest mark in school history…had his best year in 2012 where he ran his PR in the 1500 (4:04.87), indoor 3000 (8:35.20) and outdoor 5000 (14:35.26)

High School- Graduated from Auburn Riverside in Auburn, WA… placed 21st in Washington State 4A Championship in 15:56 as Auburn-Riverside finished sixth... senior cross country season ran career-best 5K of 15:39.6 in Nike Pre-Nationals/Jim Danner Championships to finish eight…1 time Nike BorderClash Qualifier…as a senior on the track he ran career-best 1600 meters of 4:29.15 for second at Kent Jamboree and ran career-best 3200 meters of 9:26.48 for 12th at Arcadia Invitational...personal bests of 4:29 (1600) and 9:26 (3200)
