Gonzaga University (Cross Country)- 4 year varsity letter winner and two year captain…he ran at the WCC XC Championships all 4 years including 2012 where he earned 1^st Team West Coast Conference Honorable Mention honors…had his most successful season as a Zag in 2012 as a senior where he ran the fastest 8k XC time in school history, earned 1^st Team West Conference Honorable mention honors, and led the Tyson-Era Zags to their first ever 3^rd place finish at the West Coast Conference Championships…at the 2012 WCC XC Championships he placed 11^th overall with the fastest time in program history 24:11 to led the Zags to a 3^rd place finish at the WCC XC Championships; the Bulldogs scored 103 points to edge the University of San Francisco who was 4^th with 105 points at Fernhill Park in Portland, OR; placed 3^rd behind the University of Portland and BYU who both would end up placing in the top 12 as teams at the NCAA XC Championships later that month…two weeks later in his final cross country race as a Zag at the regional meet held at Jefferson Golf Course in Seattle, WA he would become the #2 fastest 10k XC runner in school history running 30:59 placing 71^st

Gonzaga University (Track)- Graduated in 2013 as the school record holder in the 10000 meters and the #4 indoor 3k runner in school history…as a junior he had his most successful outdoor season setting his own PR’s in the 5000 and 10000 meters in back to back races…he began by setting his 5000 meter PR at the Duane Hartman Invitational placing 3^rd overall with a time of 14:42.97…two weeks later he set his PR and the school record in the 10000 meters in his final race of the season at the 2012 West Coast Invitational in Salem, OR by running 30:23.77 and placing 3^rd overall…in 2013 as a senior he ran PR’s both indoors and outdoors…indoors he opened up his indoor season at the UW Preview Meet by running the #4 fastest 3k mark in school history with a time of 8:22.61…outdoors he ran his 1500 PR of 3:57.48 at Whitworth at the 2013 Buc Scoring Meet…he ended his Gonzaga career at the 2013 West Coast Invitational with a dramatic win in the 10000 meters pulling away the last 100 meters

High School- Graduated from Gonzaga Prep High School in Spokane, WA… earning 4 varsity letters in cross country and 1 in track…ran twice at the 4A WIAA State Cross Country Championships placing 28^th as a senior and 86^th as a junior…best 3-mile time of 15:42 run at the Mountain West Classic and a 5k best of 16:10…in 2008 and 2009 earned All-GSL honors in cross country…inducted into the Gonzaga Prep Cross Country Hall of Fame…only ran one year of track and field but ran personal bests of 1:58 (800), 4:03 (1500), 4:23 (1600), and 9:21 (3200)
