Prior to Gonzaga
- Trevino attended Lakes High School, where he was a 3x Top 10 State finisher at the WIAA 3A XC State Championships. Additionally, he placed 5th in the 3200m and 10th in the 1600m at the 2022 WIAA 3A Track and Field State Championships. His personal bests include: 1:58.07 in the 800m, 4:15.33 in the 1600m, 9:05.65 in the 3200m, and 15:28.50 in the 5K (XC).

Personal
- His intended major is business administration, and he chose Gonzaga "because the team made me feel like I was at home. All the guys were either running together, eating together, or just hanging out together and that team atmosphere is really something I value and want to be apart of. Also, they have an outstanding program led by one of the best coaches in the country."
