Junior (2024): Started all 17 games she appeared in, a career-high... Logged a career-best 1,429 minutes, playing all 90 minutes on nine occasions... Took one shot in the season finale vs. LMU (11/9/24) and recorded an assist vs. UIC (9/8/24)... Named to the WCC Women’s Soccer All-Academic Team.
Sophomore (2023-24): Saw action in 18 matches and started seven this season, which are both career-highs… Also played 727 total minutes this year, including 84 minutes in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament against Idaho, which were also career-highs… Earned her first collegiate assist against Pacific… Took one shot this season, which was her first collegiate shot on goal against Weber State.
Freshman (2022-23): Appeared in 14 games throughout the season… Totaled 291 minutes played… Had 5 shots with 1 on goal.
Prior to Gonzaga: Chin will make the cross-state trip to join Gonzaga from Ingraham High, where she was a two-year varsity letter winner. She was a captain at Ingraham, also having earned MVP for the Rams. The center midfielder also played for Eastside FC, earning All-Conference 1st team for the ENCL NW Division. Chin carried a 4.0 GPA and was a member of the National Honor Society.Â
