Daniela Nasser

On July 13, 2021, Gonzaga women's tennis head coach Natalie Pluskota-Hamberg announced the hiring of Daniela (Dani) Nasser as the program's assistant coach. Nasser arrives at Gonzaga following two seasons with Notre Dame. Nasser served two seasons as a volunteer assistant coach with the Fighting Irish from 2019-2021. In her final season, Nasser helped the women's program to a top 15 national singles ranking. The program also had two doubles teams earn a top 15 national ranking and compete in the NCAA individual tournament.
 
Prior to beginning her coaching career Nasser was a student-athlete at University of Oregon where she closed out her career with a 63-41 record. She is a top 10 all-time wins leader in Oregon history. In her senior season, Nasser was playing #1 singles and her 63 career victories are tied for eighth in UO history
 
Off the court, Nasser was named to the Pac-12 All Academic First Team in 2018 and was All Academic Honorable Mention in 2019.

Nasser is a native of Tampa, Fla., and graduated from Oregon in 2019 with a B.S. in Business Administration.
